A foreign buyer bought this flat in a very poor condition. He wanted it renovated so that it could be rented out. We took on the job and worked on neutralising and modernising the flat. The inset photographs show the before and after shots.
It was mostly a redecoration job, painting everything in neutral and modern colours. We did also have to fit a new kitchen.
We cleaned the flat completely after the works and got new carpets laid so that it was literally ready to rent! All this on budget, on schedule and without the client even being there. That’s the Tarison style!
